Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Amazon India is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments - Providing product recommendations and information to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following established protocols and procedures for handling customer interactions - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Contributing to the overall success of the customer service team by meeting or exceeding performance goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
