PharmEasy, a leading healthcare technology company in Bangalore, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to work from home. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using various software applications - Must have a reliable internet connection and home workspace - High school diploma or equivalent
