Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Licious, a leading online food delivery company, on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving complaints, and answering product-related questions - Update customer accounts and records accurately - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues - Work collaboratively with your team to meet customer service goals and improve processes - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in a customer service role - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and resourceful, able to quickly learn new systems and processes - Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic planning abilities
