Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time role with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services - Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media - Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information - Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for call - Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges - Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers - Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered - Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues - Share innovative ideas to improve customer experience - Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
