Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Tata Steel in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive support.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of customer service experience - Energetic and confident personality - Strong leadership skills - Excellent research abilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
