Customer Service Associate

Job Description: MakeMyTrip is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalations. 3. Providing recommendations and guidance to customers regarding their travel bookings. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Upholding the company's customer service standards and policies. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems. 6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours as needed.
