Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Shaadi.com, a leading online matchmaking service based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must possess a strong work ethic, be resourceful, detail-oriented, and have excellent people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience. 4. Providing guidance to customers on how to use the platform effectively. 5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not required. 2. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 3. Resourceful problem solver with strong attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and people management skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
