Job Description:
Unacademy is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our users. This role will require strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Providing product support and troubleshooting assistance to users. 3. Assisting with account management and billing inquiries. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. 5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. 6. Recording and documenting customer interactions in the CRM system. 7. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. 3. Strong presentation skills to engage with customers effectively. 4. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
