Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team at Unacademy in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, billing, and technical support. 3. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Actively listen to customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the product and services. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and KPIs.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
