Remote Customer Service Associate

Job description:

Ola Electric, a leading electric vehicle company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about Ola Electric products and services to customers. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 6. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with other duties as needed to support the customer service team.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in a remote customer service role preferred. 7. Fluent in English and one regional language preferred.
