Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Jio Platforms is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient, with strong planning and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet set KPIs and goals to ensure high levels of customer service

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
