Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and potential guests over the phone and through online channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with bookings, reservations, and general information about our hotels and services. 2. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency to ensure a positive experience for all guests. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. 4. Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 6. Stay up-to-date on Hilton's policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 5. Comfortable working from home and managing time effectively. 6. Experience with remote work tools and technology.
