Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service to our customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer service team members to enhance their skills and performance - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's success and make adjustments as needed - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service management - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service targets - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
