Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

As a Remote Customer Service Manager at Dell Technologies India, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote customer service representatives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, you will need at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to help them excel in their roles. 6. Handle escalated customer service issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual with strong leadership skills. - Excellent project management skills and the ability to influence and persuade others. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. - Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
