Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team at BharatPe in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management position.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and time management skills - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
