Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The Remote Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives who work remotely, ensuring that they provide top-notch service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the remote team - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the remote team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Resilient and independent personality traits - Critical thinking and emotional intelligence soft skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
