Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Zoho Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support - Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment - Confidence in handling difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Adaptable to different working styles and personalities
