Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Practo, a leading healthcare technology company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management and possess a strong commitment to innovation and research.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and motivate customer service staff to provide excellent service to customers. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service staff. 7. Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management. 9. Foster a positive and supportive working environment for the customer service team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Experience with CRM software and tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
