Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Dream11 is seeking a reliable and independent Customer Service Manager to work remotely from Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate level position, we require at least 5 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer support - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Handle escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
