Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Service Manager to join our team at Flipkart. This is a part-time remote position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, with a seniority level of Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer support - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the customer service team
