Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Infosys is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Delhi, Delhi, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer service metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPIs - Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure swift resolution - Develop training programs to enhance the skills of customer service team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and reliable - Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
