Job Description:


BigBasket, a leading online grocery delivery service, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work from home in Delhi, India. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service to customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer service representatives - Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze customer feedback and trends to make data-driven decisions


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving customer service excellence - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Driven and resourceful personality - Soft skills such as negotiation and strategic planning - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
