Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Tata Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in project management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor team members to enhance their customer service skills - Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Track and report on key metrics to measure customer service performance - Foster a positive and collaborative working environment for the customer service team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
