Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Urban Company is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders and handle refunds or exchanges - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Previous experience in customer service roles preferred - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus - Must be passionate and driven towards exceeding customer expectations
