Job Description:
FirstCry, a leading retail company in Delhi, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system - Assist with customer feedback and participate in continuous improvement efforts - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Energetic and customer-focused mindset - Proven negotiation and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
