Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
