Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Customer Service Officer to join our team at Indian Oil Corporation in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve customer service processes - Provide people management skills to effectively lead a team of customer service representatives

Requirements: - Reliable and independent individual - Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and improve processes - Excellent people management abilities to lead a team effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
