Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Freshworks in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Requirements: 1. Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations. 2. Adaptable nature to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Soft skills in adaptability and strategic planning. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
