Job Description:

Zomato is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions - Processing orders and payments accurately - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times - Assisting with other tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Strong presentation skills - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, as training will be provided - Must be legally authorized to work in India
