Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Cipla. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Delhi, India. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while also demonstrating innovation and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about our products and services to customers - Process orders and returns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Use your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively - Work independently and efficiently from a remote location
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Confidence in dealing with customers of diverse backgrounds - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Strong innovation and problem-solving skills
