Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Keeping detailed records of interactions with customers - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
