Job Description:

Lendingkart is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to start their career in customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Provide guidance and support to customers through various communication channels - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer service role - Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve customer problems - High school diploma or equivalent
