Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

upGrad is looking for a hardworking and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay current on product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers
