Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Zoomcar in Delhi. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to promptly resolve any issues or inquiries. 2. Process customer orders and reservations accurately and efficiently. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their rental needs. 4. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 5. Ability to work in a team setting and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
