Customer Service Representative

Job description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies 3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Conduct research to provide customers with detailed and accurate information 7. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers 8. Adapt to changing situations and problem-solve effectively 9. Meet or exceed customer service benchmarks and goals

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong research skills to provide detailed information to customers 4. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service 6. Ability to work part-time hours in Mumbai, Maharashtra 7. Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
