Job Description:
Urban Ladder is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through various remote communication channels. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Assist customers with product recommendations and purchasing decisions. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 7. Conduct research to address customer inquiries and provide relevant information. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer service quality and efficiency. 9. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 10. Provide feedback to management on trends and issues affecting customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to research and analyze information. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
