Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


HCL Technologies is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to proactively address customer needs and concerns. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 3. Demonstrated experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in computer skills and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
