Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing information about Ola Cabs services and promotions - Processing bookings and cancellations accurately in our system - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using technology and computer systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be passionate and motivated about providing top-notch customer service
