Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Delhivery is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in managing customer accounts and processing orders - Use project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Engage in strategic planning to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strategic planning abilities to identify opportunities for improvement in customer service - Motivated individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service - Resourceful problem solver who can think on their feet to resolve customer issues
