Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Microsoft India in Delhi. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will possess the personality traits of being adaptable and hardworking, as well as soft skills in innovation and cooperation.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with account management - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
