Customer Service Representative

1mg is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with strong communication skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
