Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pepperfry in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 7. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong innovation and analysis soft skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
