Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Zoomcar in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and processing payments. 4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and seamless customer experiences. 6. Use strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions. 7. Demonstrate high emotional intelligence when dealing with difficult or upset customers. 8. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners in the working environment.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 5. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and emotional intelligence. 6. Must be reliable and energetic in a fast-paced environment. 7.
