Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mahindra Group. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify and recommend solutions to improve customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
