Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, working from home. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and efficiently - Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues - Demonstrate a strong understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on company policies, products, and services
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong persuasion and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and professional home office environment - Reliable internet connection and a computer with a headset
