Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Urban Company in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and must embody confidence and energy in your interactions.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and energetic personality - Strong presentation and communication skills - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
