Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Dream11 is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. This position is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, confident, and possess strong cooperation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Act as a primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency - Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues - Proactively identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Resourceful and able to think outside the box to solve problems - Confidence in interacting with customers and providing solutions - Excellent cooperation and decision-making skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be detail-oriented and organized - High school diploma or equivalent required
