Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Stellapps, a leading technology company in the dairy industry, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Identify customer needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. 5. Continuously learn about Stellapps' products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 7. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to customers.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required; however, a confident and energetic attitude is a must. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers. 3. Critical thinking and strategic planning skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related field is a plus. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Remote work flexibility required.
