Job Description:
Tata Digital is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess a strong passion for providing top-notch service to our customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in customer service - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
