Job Description:
Delhivery is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are resilient, independent, detail-oriented, and strategic planners.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies. 8. Meet and exceed customer service expectations and performance goals. 9. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Strategic planning and decision-making abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
